This is an antique Japanese military themed sake cup, decorated with a rising sun cherry blossom with waves and the words "Navy". This is a trademark for a sake brand - the words on top are "Registered trademark" and underneath is the sake brewery's name, Nakayama. I don't know how it was legal to name your sake as the navy brand, but I guess it's possible.

Condition: Excellent - light fading of the gold
