This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a cherry blossom in the middle with the word "Congratulations" in the center. The words around the rim are "Russia Conquest Army Victory Commemoration" "Kenko Kimono Shop". This is probably a cup made by the clothing store to help celebrate the victory and probably given to customers as a form of advertisement. There's some stylized writing on the exterior.

Condition: Excellent - slight fading of the gold
