This is a pretty interesting Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a pair of flags, and a Chinese person's head (signified by the hair queue) with a dragonfly perched on top - the dragonfly is a symbol for Japan as the island of dragonfly. The words are "Great Victory - Great Japanese Empire Banzai". 

Condition: Excellent - some fading of the gold
