Very Rare Antique Japanese Military 1895 Qing Soldiers Retreat Army Dish
This is an antique Japanese dish, decorated with a nice picture of some Japanese soldiers firing from a hillside, and Qing soldiers running away. You can see their long queue as hair. There's also a ship, perhaps it's firing? This refers to Japan's invasion of Korea during the first Sino Japanese war in 1895, where they eventually won and took over Korea as a colony.
Condition: The dish has a small hairline at around 2 o'clock
Size: 4.5" across
