This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated on the inside with a pair of guns and the words "Qing Conquest Victorious Return". The back of the cup is quite unique in having scenes of six different locations, presumably where this unit fought. They are Port Arthur, Gaiping city, Weihaiwei, Daping Mountain, Tianzhuangtai, and Jinzhou city. Some of these scenes are quite detailed - Weihaiwei has a ship, Tianzhuangtai, where the Japanese army burned the whole town, is in flames. The words in the middle are "1st Division Field Combat Artillery 1st Regiment".
