This is a very rare antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with the three main weapons against aircraft - searchlight, anti-air gun, and an acoustic radar. There's a plane in the searchlight's view. It's very rare to have all three items on the same cup - usually they're one or the other, and acoustic radar or searchlight cups are not common anyway. The words on the cup are "Commemoration" "3rd Anti-Aircraft"
