This is a very rare antique Japanese military sake cup, commemorating the 1900 Boxer Rebellion Alliance army. The words in the middle are "North Qing War" "Victorious Return Commemoration" and "Allied Army". Around the central circle are the eight flags of the alliance. The flags are (clockwise) Japan, Italy, Austria-Hungary, France, Russia, Germany, US, UK. 

Condition: Mint. There's a bit of splattering of the black paint
