This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a picture of the Great Wall getting bombed, and the words "Victorious Return Commemoration". The exterior of the cup is in the shape of a helmet, with the word "Martial" embossed as the base. Oddly enough, this is quite rare, in comparison with the much more common "Loyalty" or the "Banzai" pairs.
