This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a map of the Liaodong Peninsula of Liaoning province, which includes places like Port Arthur (at the tip) and Mukden (the furthest right city). The words on the left are "Russo Japanese War Commemoration". The words on the back are "Victorious Return" and the name Koshifurutani in the center.
